By engaging with Veteran Vision LLC—through purchases, sweepstakes participation, direct outreach, or charitable nominations—you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions exist to uphold transparency, protect our mission, and fuel a legacy worth forging.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to participate
• Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law
• Participants must provide accurate contact info and consent to outreach
• Veteran Vision LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries violating campaign integrity

Custom Welding & Fabrication Orders

• All custom work begins with a formal quote and approval
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before fabrication
• Final specifications, files, and payment due before shipping
• Custom orders are non-returnable once fabrication has started
• Custom welding, fabrication, and work gear are excluded from the Limited Liability Warranty (LLW). Only hardware and merchandise sold through the VVLLC storefront are covered by the LLW.

The Forge & Fuel Sweepstakes

• Entry Period: Begins with public launch, ends 14 days before draw date
• Contingency Clause: If funding thresholds aren’t met, entries may be forfeited and the prize auctioned
• Prize Disclosure: All prizes announced dynamically across platforms with full details
• How to Enter:
  • $10 = 5 entries
  • $20 = 15 entries
  • $50 = 60 entries
  • $100 = 140 entries
  
  AMOE: Enter for free via form or email as outlined per campaign
• Winner Selection: Random drawing; winner notified and must respond within 72 hours
• No donation improves odds of winning

Brazing Moves

Sweepstakes winners may nominate a veteran or loved one to receive the prize in their place. One nomination per entry. Nominees must be U.S.-based and 18+.

The Firing Line

• Top contributor receives scaled reward from $100–$500 based on tracked donations
• Firing Line members are not eligible to win main sweepstakes prize
• Referral link/code required for tracking
• All promotions must include legal statement

Nominations of Honor

Nominate a veteran or individual in need to receive support. Submissions reviewed by committee. Selected recipients may be featured in future campaigns.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• We ship nationwide using trusted carriers
• Fulfillment timelines provided transparently
• We are not liable for delays outside of our control

Storefront Purchases

• All hardware, merchandise, and gear sales are processed securely through Stripe. VVLLC does not store payment card details.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of our Limited Liability Warranty and Refund & Arbitration Policy.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. VVLLC is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.
• Misuse, unauthorized modification, or neglect of products may void warranty and refund eligibility.
• Customer data collected during checkout is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Certified Used Parts

• By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of our Limited Liability Warranty and Refund & Arbitration Policy.
• VVLLC may offer select components as “VVLLC Certified Used Parts.”
• These items are clearly labeled and sold separately from new VVLLC systems.
• Certified Used Parts are sold as‑is, covered only by a 30‑day DOA guarantee, and are not subject to the VVLLC Limited Liability Warranty.
• By purchasing Certified Used Parts, you acknowledge and agree to these limited terms as found in the above linked LLW & Refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All branding, design, and content belong to Veteran Vision LLC. Written permission required for replication.

Privacy & Data Use

Information collected is used solely for campaign execution, outreach, and storefront order fulfillment. We do not sell or distribute data.

Modifications

Terms may be updated at any time. Major changes posted here take effect immediately.

Legal Disclaimers & Compliance

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Knox County, TN.
• Tax Responsibility: Sweepstakes winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.
• State Compliance: Sweepstakes campaigns exceeding $5,000 in prize value may be subject to registration and bonding in states such as NY, FL, and RI. Veteran Vision LLC will comply as required.
• Product Liability: All custom welding & fabrication is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability. Work gear use at your own risk. Gear intended for hazardous environments should be used in accordance with OSHA standards. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ prior notice. All other hardware and merchandise sales are subject to our Limited Liability Warranty (LLW) as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
• Fabrication Disclaimer: Custom forge fabrications are built to spec and may vary in finish, tolerance, or appearance. By approving a quote, you acknowledge acceptance of these variables.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veteran Vision LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse, resale, or third-party use of products or services.
• Force Majeure: Veteran Vision LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.
• Digital Acceptance: Continued use of this site or participation in campaigns constitutes acceptance of these terms. Acceptance may be logged via checkout, form submission, or campaign entry.
