Veteran Vision LLC Limited Liability Warranty (LLW) Effective Date: [09/24/2025] Company: Veteran Vision LLC (“VVLLC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Customer: The original purchaser of a VVLLC system (“you” or “your”) 1. Warranty Coverage VVLLC warrants that each system purchased directly from VVLLC will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms below: 1 Year – Full Parts & Labor VVLLC will repair or replace defective hardware components and cover all associated labor costs. 2 Years – Labor Only VVLLC will provide labor for repairs or replacements. If original parts are no longer available, VVLLC will source comparable or newer components. You will only be responsible for the cost difference of upgraded parts, if applicable. 2. Shipping Policy VVLLC will cover shipping costs for warranty claims if the defect is confirmed upon inspection. If inspection reveals damage caused by misuse, tampering, or user error, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and repair fees. 3. Exclusions This Limited Liability Warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to fans, thermal paste, and cosmetic finishes). Software issues caused by third‑party programs, malware, or user‑installed applications. Consumables or accessories not provided by VVLLC. Certified Used Parts Products listed and sold as “VVLLC Certified Used Parts” are not covered under the VVLLC Limited Liability Warranty. These items are sold as‑is and carry only a 30‑day DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee. If a Certified Used Part is found to be non‑functional upon delivery, VVLLC will provide a refund or replacement at its discretion. No additional warranty, labor coverage, or long‑term guarantee applies. 4. Customer Responsibilities You must retain proof of purchase to validate warranty claims. You must return the defective product in its original or equivalent packaging. You must back up all data prior to service. VVLLC is not responsible for data loss. 5. Limitation of Liability VVLLC’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described in this warranty. VVLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits. This warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 6. Governing Law This Limited Liability Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7.
