By engaging with Veteran Vision LLC—through purchases, sweepstakes participation, direct outreach, or charitable nominations—you agree to the terms outlined below. These conditions exist to uphold transparency, protect our mission, and fuel a legacy worth forging.

🔐 2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to participate
• Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law
• Participants must provide accurate contact information and consent to communication via email or phone
• Veteran Vision LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the spirit or integrity of the campaign

🧱 3. Custom Orders

• All custom work begins with a formal quote and approval
• A non-refundable deposit may be required before fabrication
• Final specifications, design files, and payment must be received before shipping
• Custom orders are non-returnable once fabrication has begun

🔥 4. Sweepstakes Terms: The Forge & Fuel Giveaway

Entry Period:

Sweepstakes entries may be submitted beginning with the official public announcement of the current campaign. The final day to enter will be no later than 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled prize drawing date. Entries received after this cutoff will not be considered.

Contingency Clause:

If the campaign fails to meet the minimum funding threshold required to cover production costs, all sweepstakes entries may be forfeited. In such a case, the advertised prize may be auctioned off, and proceeds used to supplement operational expenses and raise additional support for affiliated charitable efforts. Entrants will be notified and offered the option to redirect or refund their support, if possible.

Prize Disclosure:

Prizes offered through current sweepstakes campaigns will be announced dynamically throughout the campaign via our website, social media, live streams, and other platforms. All prize details, photos, and values will be published publicly before the entry deadline.

Veteran Vision LLC reserves the right to modify, substitute, or enhance any prize in response to demand, supply, or mission needs — always with transparency in mind.

🔥 How to Enter

Suggested donation via Ko-fi Each donation supports our mission and earns you thank-you entries into the current sweepstakes:

• $10 = 5 entries
• $20 = 15 entries
• $50 = 60 entries
• $100 = 140 entries

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) No donation necessary to enter. To participate without making a donation, complete the Alternate Entry Form or email your full name, email address, and the words “Forge & Fuel Giveaway Entry” to support@veteranvisionllc.org with the subject line “Sweepstakes Entry.” All valid entries received via this method will be treated equally.

• Winner Selection:
• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The official drawing date will be announced no later than 30 days prior to the conclusion of the campaign. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be contacted via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.

No donation improves your odds of winning. Donations are voluntary and directly support the Veteran Vision mission.

🕊️ 4.1 Brazing Moves (Alternate Prize Recipient)

This isn’t about handouts. It’s about honoring grit, service, sacrifice, and stories that matter.

Sweepstakes entrants may nominate a loved one, friend, or fellow veteran to receive the prize on their behalf if selected as the winner.

• Submit your nomination at the time of notification for sweepstakes winning ticket
• One nomination per entry
• Nominees must be 18+ and U.S.-based
• If your entry is drawn and you’ve submitted a nominee, they will receive the prize in your place

This gives supporters the opportunity to give back, pass the torch, or recognize someone whose story deserves the spotlight.

🎯 5. The Firing Line

Our mission isn’t spread by algorithms — it spreads through grit. The Firing Line is made up of those willing to carry the message and help fuel the forge one voice at a time.

• Members receive a unique referral code or link
• The top contributor by total tracked donations will receive a cash reward, scaled as follows:
  • Under $2,000 raised → $100
  • $2,000–$4,999 → $200
  • $5,000–$7,499 → $300
  • $7,500–$9,999 → $400
  • $10,000+ → $500
• All promotions must include this statement:
  “No purchase necessary to enter. Donations do not improve chances of winning. See official rules.”
• Firing Line participants are not eligible to win the primary sweepstakes prize, in order to maintain fairness

🎖️ 6. Nominations of Honor (Charitable Support)

Part of every campaign is set aside for those who need it most. Through Nominations of Honor, we invite you to help direct that impact.

• Nominate a veteran, individual, or family in need of assistance, recognition, or relief
• Submit via the Nominate a Hero Form or by mail with your name, contact info, and the nominee’s story
• At least one nominee will be selected at the end of each campaign to receive support through proceeds, goods, or services
• Chosen nominees are reviewed by a committee focused on integrity, purpose, and impact
• Selected recipients may be featured in future campaigns (with consent)

📦 7. Shipping & Fulfillment

• We ship nationwide using trusted carriers
• Build updates and fulfillment timelines will be shared transparently
• Veteran Vision LLC is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, natural events, or delivery failures beyond our control

🛑 8. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom orders are not eligible for returns once fabrication begins
• Cancellations prior to fabrication may be honored but non-refundable deposits will not be returned

🧠 9. Intellectual Property

All branding, artwork, photography, content, and design elements remain the property of Veteran Vision LLC. Do not replicate or redistribute without written consent.

🔐 10. Privacy & Data Use

Personal information collected through sweepstakes, purchases, or nominations is used solely for campaign execution and outreach. We do not sell or distribute your data. See our Privacy Policy for full terms.
